Earl Grey & Cucumber fragrance is made from black tea, bergamot and citruses. The composition opens with apple, bergamot, jasmine and aquatic notes, with cucumber, angelica and davana in the heart, on the base of vanilla, bees wax, cedar and musk.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we ask that you return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or if you prefer a refund provided that the products are returned unused and complete in the original packaging.
You will need to return the goods to us by recorded post at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
Until the goods are received back, they will remain the customer’s responsibility.
If your goods arrive damaged We ask that you contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
Damaged items and packaging must be kept until the problem has been reported and a return agreed.
Cancelling an order
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund prior to your order being processed (please note that orders are usually processed within 48 hours).

You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order after it has been dispatched. You have 14 working days beginning the day after receipt of goods to cancel the purchase. To do this please contact info@blackpearcandlesandgifts.co.uk with your name, address and order number.

Until we safely receive returned parcels they will remain the customer’s responsibility.
DELIVERY POLICY
Black Pear Candles and Gifts are pleased to offer free delivery on orders over £40.
This will be applied at the checkout.
Free delivery is available for mainland UK addresses only.
Delivery will be within 3-5 working days but during busier periods such as Christmas, we ask customers to allow slightly longer.
If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface.
Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.
- Use a burner suitable for wax melts, not an oil burner.
- Check your burner regulary for cracks or damage.
- NEVER add water to your wax burner/warmer.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Keep away from draughts.
- Place on heatproof surface away from furniture, curtains etc...
- Burners get very hot!! Please do not move until completely cool.
